We do not come in, do training and leave hoping someone will do
better. We will commit to being at your store weekly if needed
to build a relationship with all
personnel. We are the employee you don't pay. By being
there all the time we not only constantly train and role play, but
control issues before they effect customer relations and prevent
issues from growing to your desk. If your vendor isn't there
when you need them, they can't solve situations as they happen.
Q: Why are your products different?
A: First of all we don't know if they are. Our list of
supplier partners is extensive, some might work well others might
not. By knowing your franchise we will give you
recommendations, you decide. However, all those partners are
compliant and insured. We can build customized branded
programs to "Sell More Cars and Make More Money" and build more
profit per unit.
